COVID-19 may have called a timeout for competitions, but our Statesmen are busy training and practicing so they can be ready when games begin again. Your gift today helps ensure our student-athletes have a robust team experience.
Our top priority to fund this year is:
European Trip August 2022:
Taking an international trip every three years is essential for our players to maximize their Hobart experience. HWS has one of the top study abroad programs in the country; however, often our athletes aren’t able to commit to a semester abroad because our basketball season spans both semesters. By taking a team trip, we’re able to offer the international experience the Colleges are known for while pairing it with basketball competition. This will be a multi-year fundraising effort and with hope that the pandemic permits travel in August 2022.
