Pushups for a Purpose is back!
Last year, thanks to your incredible support, we raised over $4,000 for Hiram College men’s basketball – with donations from 5 states, 3 countries, and 3 continents. And yes, I did one pushup for every dollar! No shortcuts.
This year, we’re aiming for $4,500. The deal stays the same: $1 = 1 pushup (done by me).
No matter how high the total climbs, I’m in.
Where does your donation go? These funds directly support our student-athletes by covering travel, equipment, and team meals. But more than that, they help create meaningful off-the-court experiences – team retreats, leadership outings, and travel opportunities that build character, not just basketball skills.
New this year: For any single donation over $100, teammates will join me in the pushups – showing our shared commitment to this program and each other. Your gift, no matter the size, directly supports our student-athletes, and will help to foster a valuable college experience which extends beyond the court.
