Gifts to Men's Lacrosse contribute to...
Show your love for Haverford Men’s Lacrosse during the GameDay Fords challenge from February 10-12, 2026! Every gift helps to provide Haverford's student-athletes with the resources to compete at the highest level.
New this year—each Haverford Athletics team will compete with each other for the honor of highest participation on the leaderboard, with special prizes for first place, second place, and most improved.
Haverford College Men's Lacrosse defines leadership as individuals who can effectively and consistently apply our core values of Drive, Nurture, and Adapt (DNA). In 2025, our men raised the bar of our already high level of leadership. Off the field, the team earned the highest grade-point-average (3.767) among all NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse programs, and once again the team was honored with the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Scholar Team Award.
The team continued civic engagement efforts with Harlem Lacrosse, HEADstrong, the Special Olympics, and various local food banks. The Growth Mindset Committee took our academic & professional development efforts to another level, most notably the establishment of our team's Professional Development Folder, which houses networking and career resources.
Additionally, all of last year's seniors played a large part in our team continuing to maintain an excellent reputation on-campus. Their forward thinking, communication, and integrity truly embody the Honor Code. On the field, captains Jay Borsari '25, Sean McHugh '25, and Matt Richards '25 led us to the program's best record since 2011. Additionally, the team's 8-1 start was the best in program history. We are a program that values team success over individual achievement, but we do want to acknowledge Jake Abraham '25, Ronan West '27, and Matt Richards '25 for earning recognition.
As we prepare for our spring 2026 season, you can make a difference to our team during GameDay Fords by helping to provide essential game-day equipment, updated pads and practice apparel fill-ins, goalie consulting, and performance training. These resources keep the team competitive and enhance our student-athletes’ experience.
Go Fords!
