An Anonymous Donor matched $5,000Harmel Academy of the Trades is now going into its third year of classes. With this new school year, Harmel also will be launching a new program! The new Foundations of Skilled Stewardship program is a "gap year" program that serves as an introduction to multiple trades. This program focuses on practical skills for all young men as well as help them to discern their vocations. Just like with all of Harmel's programs, students in the Foundations program experience a balanced schedule of work, study, and prayer.
Offering a new program means that we will need help from our supporters in order to operate with needs such as new equipment, more materials, and additional faculty. And that's where you can help!
As we begin our last day of donations, we'd like to thank all of our donors for their generosity! Having so far raised $7,417 thanks to all of yours support! We hope that you have enjoyed our updates as we have launched our new Foundations program and have had a strong start to our 2022-23 school year.

Last night, students and staff got the chance to get to know each other better through a welcome dinner hosted by Harmel president, Brian Black and his wife Diane.
