LiveSent is Hardin‑Simmons University’s call for every Cowboy to live as an ambassador of Christ—sent into the world to reflect His love, serve others, and share the hope of the Gospel. More than a trip, LiveSent is a lifestyle shaped by Jesus’ words in John 20:21: “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

Across majors, disciplines, and backgrounds, LiveSent mobilizes students, faculty, and staff to serve locally, nationally, and globally. From disaster relief and home rebuilding, to mentoring children, leading camps, supporting clean water efforts, joining worship teams, or encouraging local leaders, every act of service becomes a way to embody the compassion of Christ.

Each mission opportunity—whether in Texas, across the country, or around the world—gives students hands‑on experiences that strengthen their faith, shape their character, and deepen their calling. Through Cowboys Raise Gold, we celebrate the heart of LiveSent: empowering every Cowboy to go with humility, boldness, and purpose, representing Christ wherever they are sent.
