Support Gymnastics

It’s Fall Athletics Fundraising Week, and Hamline University Gymnastics (HUG) has set our fundraising goal at $12,000 to support gym upgrades, training equipment, and Fun Meet travel. We’re asking all associated with HUG to consider participating. Your generous donations in the past are humbling and appreciated by all of us here at Hamline Gymnastics. Please consider a donation of any size for this year’s efforts.

And thanks to Tina Hendrickson, Niels Smaby, and an anonymous gymnastics alum, the first $4,000 in gifts will be matched dollar for dollar!

Our $12,000 fundraising goal will fund the following three categories:

1. $4,000 for uneven bar upgrades in the practice gym - We plan to replace our rails at each practice station.
2. $1,500 for trampoline wall padding in the practice gym - We plan to install a stable (and removable!) wall padding system at
3. $6,500 for Fun Meet travel - We raise money annually to fund this every-other-year experience extraordinaire! As so many of you know, the Fun Meet is a fantastic student-athlete experience and has been a wonderful opportunity for those in the HUG family (family members, friends, former coaches) to join us on this competition adventure. It’s a true highlight of our program.

We truly appreciate all the past support we’ve received, and without it we would be so much the lesser. Thank you for considering participating in this year’s fundraising effort!
