Continuing the success.

Last year, Gustie Baseball finished first in the MIAC for the third time in the last six competitive seasons, won the MIAC playoff title, and advanced to the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history. Gustavus Baseball is built on a solid foundation of success. Our goal is to continue to build on this success and elevate the program to new heights!

Collectively, we have created an amazing student-athlete experience for Gustie Baseball. We have a top-notch stadium, access to a year-round training facility, support a large roster, and Gustie Baseball regularly competes for MIAC Championships.

A crucial part of our future success will come from the continued engagement and support from Gustie Baseball alumni and supporters. In particular, we have two key areas where your support helps to provide above and beyond our baseline operations:

• 70 Baseball Players - Two Full teams - Gustavus has one of the largest rosters in the MIAC and we support a full varsity and JV schedule of games. We strive to provide a great experience for all 70 baseball student-athletes. These student-athletes help build a robust baseball program and help drive college enrollment.

• Spring Break - Arizona - An integral piece of Gustavus Baseball is the annual Spring Break trip. In March, we will bring 50 Gustie players and four coaches to Tucson, AZ, where we will play 14 games (8 varsity; 6 JV) over eight days. This trip is crucial for recruiting, early season development, and is a major part of the Gustie Baseball experience. The majority of our Spring Break trip is supported through fundraising.
