2023 Giving Tuesday

Thanks to outstanding support from the Laker community on Giving Tuesday, we passed $50,000 in gifts and completed several challenges and matches. President Mantella's $1,000 challenge, Laura and Jonathon Aiken's $1,000 matching gift, and Jenny and Scott Hall-Jones $1,000 challenge were all completed yesterday! These matches and challenges further the impact of each dollar donated, and we are grateful for all of the support. 

Thank you Lakers for $25,000 in gifts! We've had a great time celebrating Giving Tuesday in the Kirkhof Center on campus today. Let's keep the good energy going through the end of the day, we have more matches available to make gifts go even further.

Giving Tuesday is here! Lily, the First Dog of GVSU, is doing her part to create food security on campus by making her donation to  Replenish. Her mom, President Mantella, is doing the same with a $1,000 challenge gift to Replenish, which will be unlocked once we get 100 donors to ANY fund on Giving Tuesday. Join in on the fun!

By hitting the milestone of $15,000 in gifts, the GVSU community has raised enough to stock the shelves of Replenish for three months. Go Lakers!

We've hit $5,000 in gifts from GVSU alumni! With this milestone, we've completed the $5,000 matching gift from Peter '68 and Galene '67 DeWitt. Stay tuned for more challenges, coming soon. 😉

Thanks to the generous support of our Laker community, we can keep the shelves of the Replenish Basic Needs Center stocked for an entire month. Let's keep the momentum going to stock Replenish year-round.
