Gift Configurations are a critical part of onboarding to make sure your volunteers get the right information in the most efficient fashion, so tackle this before you invite volunteers into the system! Go through each section thoroughly and then test with early volunteers.

Tips
Identify 2-3 staff members who will be responsible for managing the gift configuration. Gift configurations govern the entire platform and are not role specific, so keeping this responsibility with a few folks with all of the context about the data you send over can help limit unnecessary volunteer experience changes.
