If you know the exact shade of True Blue, if you know what GATA means, if you know the ‘S’ stands for Southern Not State, then you know the power of Eagle Nation. The same power that unites us as Georgia Southern Eagles can also lift up those in need. That's what 8.33 is all about.

Every year, financial hardships fall on certain Georgia Southern students, and these obstacles can end their college journeys. But our collective generosity can help those students soar above their hurdles — without requiring a major commitment.

When you give $8.33 a month, you donate $100 in a year. So, if 300 Eagles committed to a monthly $8.33 gift, then in 12 months, they would have created $30,000 of impact.

And that’s our goal: we’re looking for 300 devoted Eagles to commit to giving $8.33 each month and transforming the lives of Eagles whose dreams are threatened by misfortune.
