About

GW School of Business (GWSB) has been a leading institution for business education since its founding in 1928. Our innovative curriculum, focus on experiential learning, and outstanding faculty, students, and research have advanced GWSB to the forefront of business education. Recognized globally for our pioneering approach, we are highly ranked: first in international business within the U.S.; second in international business globally, and second in diversity. Your support on Giving Day enables us to prepare our students for a global environment, where they continue as leaders of industry, pursue entrepreneurial ventures, and develop solutions to challenges across business markets.

There is plenty of talent. There is not enough opportunity. Open a door for the next generation of business professionals and leaders at GW.

Priorities

School of Business Student Aid

This fund for student aid embodies our commitment to the power of education and to the promise of tomorrow’s leaders. While the benefits of a GWSB education are immeasurable, the significant financial investment required for this education can be prohibitive to many students, if not for your generous support. Over half of undergraduate students enrolled in programs within GWSB rely on the financial relief provided through scholarships. As GWSB works to propel our students into positions of global business leadership, your support of this fund provides the very foundation for student success.

School of Business Dean's Fund

Support of the School of Business Dean’s Fund enables GWSB leadership to provide funding to critical academic initiatives. The Dean’s Fund frequently supports graduate student aid, faculty research, and pioneering experiential learning opportunities. This unrestricted support for academic programs, technological advancement, and innovative curricula ensures that GWSB students are able continue their academic and extracurricular pursuits uninterrupted.

Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREUA)

One of the few undergraduate concentrations in real estate offered by a major university, GW’s Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis enables our students to become high-quality real estate professionals, well-schooled in the fundamentals of real estate. With just two graduates in our first class in 2018, the program has grown to more than 80 students concentrating in real estate. With your support, we will maintain the high level of education for current students, expand our class offerings, grow the number of career treks, and delve into more research.
