Gifts to FHU Challenge 2023 Athletic Treatment Tables and Equipment contribute to...
FHU Family-- Today we've been challenged to have 600 people make a gift on the FHU Challenge Day of Giving and in doing so, make a huge difference for FHU students!
As one of the campus groups participating in the FHU Challenge, faculty/staff and students connected to FHU Sports Medicine are raising money to update the current treatment tables and purchase additional treatment tables and training room equipment.
FHU Athletics has outgrown the current athletic training facility which currently has has 4 treatment tables. These tables are beginning to show their age, but can be restored by replacing the vinyl and padding.
We'd also like at add additional treatment tables. Often before practices, the athletic training room is full of athletes seeking pre practice treatment, many sitting on the floor or on counter tops where they can find space. With your support, we could acquire extra tables and restore the 4 tables we currently have.
We would also like to purchase new rolling stools, as well as updating one of our E-stim combo units that is nearly 30 years old.
To help meet the FHU Challenge and provide this important equipment for student-athletes, we have a goal of raising $2,000 to purchase this equipment.
