The Ailey School and Fordham University are partners in a highly innovative BFA program offering the best of two worlds: The artistic pre-eminence of the official school of the world-famous Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, coupled with a liberal arts education rooted in the Jesuit tradition of academic excellence.
Your gift directly supports the merit and need-based Denise Jefferson Memorial Scholarship Fund that supports students in the Ailey/Fordham BFA in Dance program. Over the years, funding has been awarded to dozens of talented dancers enrolled in the program.
