Dr. Proctor / Rotary Club of St. Augustine Scholarship
Established in 2002 by the Rotary Club of St. Augustine, this scholarship honors Dr. William L. Proctor, whose leadership as President of Flagler College from 1971 to 2001 shaped the institution into what it is today.
