Flagler's Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) was established with a mission to facilitate excellence in teaching that encourages a culture of collaboration in a way that is relevant to students’ aspirations, abilities, and experiences. Fostering the pedagogical and professional development of our faculty as both teachers and scholars, the Center aims to support the College’s mission to help students realize their learning potential in alignment with Flagler's core value of Transformative Learning.
Excellent teaching is a hallmark of what Flagler College offers it's students and the CTL is a meaningful and respected resource that supports faculty in developing transformative learning experiences. All gifts made to the CTL during Roar & Raise will support faculty development and growth through various means including outside speakers, further education, and reflection.
