What is the FH Month of Giving?
FarmHouse has expanded its annual day of giving to an entire MONTH where members will have opportunities to engage, invest and celebrate with intentional weeks to encourage members and friends to make an impact. The FH Month of Giving kicks off April 1 and will culminate with 1905 Minutes of Giving, April 29-30. During the month of April, you are invited to:
Your support during the FH Month of Giving will help celebrate Founders' Day in a bigger way and ensure the Fraternity can continue its tradition of providing values-based educational programs and leadership opportunities – an investment proven to have a significant impact on our members, volunteers and chapters.
April 7-13: GIVE GRATITUDE
- Share your gratitude for FarmHouse (brothers, values, experiences, etc.) on social media.
- Make a meaningful gift to the FH Excellence Fund in honor of someone who has had an impact on your life.
April 14-20: INVEST
- Celebrate FarmHouse's seven Founders and the legacy they created.
- Make a meaningful gift to the FH Excellence Fund.
- Encourage three brothers to match your commitment.
April 21-27: VOLUNTEER
- Get involved with a FarmHouse chapter or association. See opportunities here.
- Honor a chapter advisor who impacted your life by making a gift in their name to the FH Excellence Fund.
April 28-30: ENGAGE
- Catch up with a FH brother by phone, social media or email.
- Share your gratitude for FarmHouse on social media.
- Make a gift to the FH Excellence Fund as a part of the 1905 Minutes of Giving.
Last FH Day of Giving, donors gave over $250,000 to the FH Excellence Fund. This year, our target is to receive one gift for each of our 1,600 undergraduate members and raise an ambitious $400,000, bringing us closer to our annual goal of $825,000 for the FH Excellence Fund. The cumulative effect of donor support is an impact of $515 per student!
Your investment this April will help support the Fraternity’s educational priorities and its focus on growth, membership experience and excellence.
FarmHouse will kick off our 1st FH Month of Giving at 9 a.m. CT, Monday, April 1, and end at 5 p.m. CT, Tuesday, April 30. You can make your tax-deductible gift to the FH Excellence Fund at any point during the month to be counted towards our ambitious goal. We will have several matching gift challenges and competitions for the final 1905 minutes of the month.
In April, there’s no better time to give as we…
- Cherish our Agriculture roots that make us strong;
- Have a Purpose-driven mission to be a Builder of Men;
- Are Responsible to continue the impact of FarmHouse;
- Invest our time, treasures and talents to support our brothers; and,
- Lead by example in all that we do.
Join your fellow FH brothers in strengthening FarmHouse for today, tomorrow and years to come!

Congratulations to the Tennessee FH Chapter & Association (with less than 500 alumni) and the Iowa State FH Chapter & Association (with more than 500 alumni) for winning the Tailgate Challenge. These two chapters had the most alumni donor participation by size!
412 days ago by Allison RickelsMore than two dozen alumni and parents have indicated their gifts are in the mail, which we have yet to receive. We recognize there can be significant delays in the mail. To honor these gifts as well as other donations that may come in, we are keeping our FH Month of Giving platform open until 6 pm CT, Monday, May 6.
The counting for leaderboards will officially close at that time, including determining the two chapter & association winners of the Tailgate Challenge. Look for an official count and thank you message via email on Tuesday, May 7.
Please note, every gift, no matter when it comes in will be honored, counted and used for the betterment of FarmHouse members. We are tremendously grateful for the outpouring of support. THANK YOU!
