Gifts to LEAD Center contribute to...
The Learning Enrichment and Academic Development (LEAD) Center provides students with trained (peer and professional) tutors and resources to support their learning and become independent, confident students. In addition to traditional, one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions, the LEAD Center is constantly developing new ways to connect with our Falcons including college skills workshops, course-specific study groups, and a welcoming study space. LEAD also collaborates with faculty and staff across campus to create a safety net for students.
In the 24-25 school year, LEAD hired new tutors across numerous majors to better represent our diverse student body, extended hours and added Sunday availability to better serve our students' needs, proctored over 500 hours of Accommodated testing, and provided over 5,000 hours of tutoring and support. We also supplied over 500 free academic planners, school supplies, and snacks to students in need.
Your donor dollars will help ensure that we continue to provide the best academic support to all Falcons and help enhance our collaborative learning space to maximize our services.
