Gifts to Women's Cross Country contribute to...
The 2025 cross country season was yet another successful one for the Falcons! We had one athlete earn All MEC individual honors, one athlete earn All Atlantic Region honors, and several others who ran their way to personal bests.
Our student-athletes are hard at work year-round, logging mile after mile and challenging themselves in the weight room. Their work-ethic and dedication to their craft is truly commendable and remarkable.
Looking ahead, it is our goal to become the prominent cross country program in the Mountain East Conference. In order to accomplish this, we have a list of both short and long-term goals: to secure scholarship dollars that will allow us to recruit additional hard-working student-athletes; to host a meet so that our local supporters can watch the Falcons race here at home; and to enhance our newly added distance-only indoor track program.
Your support of both our men’s and women’s teams can help make these goals reality and firmly establish Fairmont State as a destination where distance runners can reach their full athletic potential while earning a valuable degree.
