Fairmont State University's Forensic Science Program, part of the College of Science and Technology's Department of Natural Sciences, is dedicated to shaping the next generation of forensic professionals. The program focuses on developing graduates who are not only skilled in problem-solving, legal analysis, and scientific investigation but also possess a strong foundation in ethical practices and quantitative reasoning. Through rigorous training in laboratory procedures and investigative techniques, our students are equipped for immediate career opportunities or further academic pursuits in the field of forensic science.
Your gift will be used to support undergraduate student research and travel to relevant state and national science conferences. In addition, a senior recognition event is held annually to recognize the hard work of our graduating seniors.
