The Friends of Men’s Swimming & Diving Gift Fund helps provide the needed operational funds to cover expenses associated with operating a Championship Division I program. Under the leadership of Head Coach Jake Lichter, the Stags made history by capturing their first-ever MAAC Championship during the 2025-26 season. Fairfield also completed a historic conference sweep, with both the men's and women's programs claiming MAAC titles. Following the historic season, Lichter was recognized as the MAAC Men’s & Women’s Swimming Coach of the Year. The Stags' remarkable season also included a MAAC Male Athlete of the Year honor and standout performances across both individual events and relays. Together, these accomplishments established a new standard of excellence and laid the foundation for continued success.
