Message from Head Coach - Trevor Craven.

The 2025 season marked a return to form for the Emmanuel College Men’s Lacrosse program. The team finished the year with a 10-8 record, culminating in a GNAC Semi-Final appearance. Highlights of the season included a mid-season eight-game winning streak and a thrilling overtime win against Dean College in the conference Quarterfinals. Off the field, the team was honored with a USILA Academic Team award for achieving excellence in the classroom.

Several players made significant impacts throughout the season:

· Cole Cloney: Despite being slowed by injuries midway through the season, Cole returned to the GNAC All-Conference Team, earning his third First Team All-Conference award. This cemented his status as one of the top midfielders not just in the conference but in the region.

· Cooper Mehlhorn: Following a successful rookie campaign, Cooper once again led the team in scoring, finishing the year with a program record of 88 points. He was honored as a Second Team All-Conference Attackman.

· Ty Carroll: As the program's top short-stick defender, Ty was honored with a First Team All-Conference nod this past season, establishing him as one of the top Short-Stick Defensive Midfielders in program history. He once again led the team in groundballs and face-off wins, all while having to cover the opposing team's top midfield threat.

· Jack Antico: Capping off his Emmanuel career, Jack led the team in caused turnovers and was second on the team in groundballs. This effort earned him his first First Team All-Conference award, making him the first defender to receive this honor since Chris Baglivi and Brendan Gallagher in 2017. Jack was also named a USILA Scholar All-American, a first in program history.

As we look forward to the 2026 season, the program will welcome ten newcomers to Emmanuel.

Coach Matt Jewers returns to lead our offense and work closely with our goalies. New Defensive Coordinator Will Capalbo joins the team following a successful stint as a Graduate Assistant at Jacksonville University. He looks to build upon the solid growth the defense has seen over the past few years, which features a lot of young potential.

So far, Fall Ball has been extremely competitive, and we look forward to wrapping it up on October 26th at Curry College for our contest day.

The building blocks are in place for a successful 2026 season, but as we transition into our next chapter, we cannot emphasize enough how crucial your unwavering support is. While we always cherish seeing our fans on the road and at Clemente, we are committed to providing our team with the best experience possible.

Our annual fundraising campaign is in full swing, aiming to support the team’s various needs: new technology, travel attire, funding for our Spring Break trip, and ensuring our players are well-fed on the road. Every contribution, no matter the size, is invaluable to us.
