Athletics

The mission of the Emmanuel College Athletic Department is to recruit, enroll, and foster the development of collegiate student-athletes both on and off the playing fields in a manner consistent with the College’s mission. The Athletic Department promotes individual student-athlete growth by combining strong athletic competition and high academic standards, with an overall emphasis on, and commitment to, sportsmanship, ethical conduct and equitable treatment of all student-athletes. They prioritize student-athlete welfare and offer quality support and assistance for academic, medical, emotional and psychological needs. Through participation in the athletic program, student-athletes have the opportunity for a fully integrated educational experience and the development of life-skills such as leadership, confidence, goal-setting, teamwork and time management.
