The Fund for Excellence provides flexible support that allows Athletics to address the most pressing needs across our programs while continuing to invest in the success of all student-athletes. As Embry-Riddle Athletics strives to create an environment where student-athletes pursue excellence academically, in service, and in competition, the Fund for Excellence helps make that vision possible.

Within the Fund for Excellence, we have identified four key priorities that will have the greatest impact on providing a transformational experience for Embry-Riddle student-athletes:

1. Scholarships: Scholarships remain one of the most powerful tools for attracting and retaining top-tier talent. As tuition and educational costs continue to rise, scholarship support ensures that financial barriers do not prevent dedicated student-athletes from joining the Embry-Riddle community.
2. Student-Athlete Programming & Wellness: The holistic development of our student-athletes is central to our mission. We are committed to providing comprehensive programming that promotes mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
3. Facility Enhancements: State-of-the-art facilities are critical to training, recovery, safety, and recruitment. As Embry-Riddle continues to grow, our athletics infrastructure must evolve to meet the demands of elite student-athletes and top-performing teams.
4. Individual Team Needs: Each of Embry-Riddle’s 22 varsity sports has unique needs that directly influence their competitive success. While a dedicated one-sheeter will outline specifics for each sport, this initiative highlights opportunities for supporters to make targeted investments that create immediate impact with the programs that resonate personally.
