Imagine juggling classes, exams, and work — while also worrying about your next meal or whether you have the right clothes for an interview, internship, or student teaching placement. Unfortunately, for some Elizabethtown College students, this is their reality. But together, we can make a difference.
This Power of One Day, your support will help stock the shelves of the Blue Jay Pantry and the Campus Clothing Closet — both 100% donation — and grant-funded resources that provide Etown students with free, essential support. From non-perishable food items to professional and classroom-appropriate attire, these programs ensure students are prepared not only to succeed academically, but to step confidently into career-building opportunities. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help meet these critical needs.
Elizabethtown College is committed to addressing basic needs insecurity on campus. Through the Blue Jay Pantry, the Clothing Closet, and partnerships like Swipe Out Hunger, we are working to ensure every student has access to nutritious food and appropriate professional clothing—because no student should have to choose between their education, nourishment, or career readiness.
With your gift, you are providing more than food or clothing; you are offering dignity, confidence, and hope—empowering Blue Jays to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
