Young Center

On Power of One Day, we have the chance to come together and support a cause that truly matters: The Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies.

This year, our goal is to raise $5,000 to support the work of the Young Center, with funds earmarked to hire student researchers who gain invaluable experience while advancing important academic work. By making a gift, you’ll be empowering students like Kalen Tendo ’27 and Marie Crugnale ’26, who have worked closely with faculty and experts on significant projects.

For example, Kalen spent the summer working with archival collections and student newspapers to document the experiences of students of color on our campus, a project that is helping shape the future of our institution’s history. Marie’s work in linguistics with Dr. Rose Fisher was a hands-on experience in data analysis, strengthening her future academic career.
