College of Nursing

The ETSU College of Nursing is the largest nursing program in the state of Tennessee. We focus on educating tomorrow's nurses, faculty research, nursing innovation, our Academic Health Sciences Center, and interprofessional education. We also sponsor several nurse-managed clinics located throughout the region, serving the homeless, uninsured, and under-insured. A current top priority for the college is to update our simulation centers, which provide standardization of cases, promote critical thinking, allow supervision of patient care, and help students to assimilate knowledge and experience.
