President's Office

ETSU supports our students and family. We do this by anticipating needs and responding in flexible ways. Over the course of the pandemic, countless students have been directly assisted by the Buccaneer Student Crisis Fund, through the award of small grants, helping them remain at ETSU. We invite your support in the following areas:

• Buccaneer Student Crisis Fund. Provides financial assistance to students who experience an unexpected loss or hardship affecting their ability to remain at ETSU. May assist with travel, housing needs, food insecurity, and other issues.
• Bucky’s Food Pantry. Aids the whole of the ETSU community in need of food resources and raises awareness of food insecurity and hunger on the ETSU campus.
• Noland Family First-Generation Scholarship. Created in recognition of President Brian Noland’s and First Lady Donna Noland’s first decade of service to East Tennessee State University, this scholarship honors the Nolands’ belief in the transformative power of higher education. • President’s Initiatives. Provides resources to be used flexibly, at the discretion of ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland.
