A Message from the Dean of Clemmer College
This has been an exciting year for us. Our faculty and staff have been working on behalf of our students to facilitate their success in realizing their dreams of becoming teachers, early care and education providers, physical and mental health professionals, coaches, sport and recreation professionals, and leaders. Our students have been “in the field” working directly in health care, schools, community and non-profit agencies, and area businesses to serve people of all ages and walks of life carrying out our vision of enhancing the lives of students, faculty, staff, and community through quality programs to shape the future.
We have come together as a college to revise and recommit to our values to be a college where everyone belongs, collaboration is the heart of our operation, innovation permeates our work allowing for dynamic leadership resulting in outstanding scholarship. We continue to develop new programs so that our student can achieve their dreams. We have made facilities improvements with a new Office of Student Success – where we can provide wraparound advising services for all of our undergraduate students and we continue to have the highest enrollment of graduate students in the university.
As we look to the horizon, we are recommitting to our focus on community. And you are an essential part of our work. I’m excited to be part of ETSU’s Annual Day of Giving this year on April 19th. We use donations from our supporters – from you - to help our students succeed, support faculty and staff professional development, and run special programs like Access ETSU. I believe in our people, in their potential, and the positive impact they will continue to make in our community. That’s why I’ve already given ($500.00), and I invite you to support us too! Help us to support what we have already begun with programming in Building a Culture of Resilience, our Community and Wellness Task Force, and our Equity and Inclusion Counsel as well as building our scholarships and “Just-in-Time” support for students. Your contributions will directly impact our work to further our mission during the 2022-2023 academic year.
Imagine what we could do if 50 people joined me with an additional gift of $10 or $20 dollars. Indeed, if 50 people donate $5.00 or more, an additional $500.00 will be donated on top of your contributions! No matter what support you provide, know that we appreciate you and that you are part of our Clemmer Community

A Message from the University School Director
Alumni, Family, and Friends,
Please join us in support of the University School this year on April 18th, ETSU's Day of Giving. As our students continue to grow, achieve, and excel in their personal and academic pursuits, updates to our facilities are necessary to support their endeavors. Funds from this year's Day of Giving will be used towards these much-needed classroom improvements. With your help, we are excited to give some of our classrooms the TLC they truly need and deserve.
Thank you for your continued support!
Dr. Brian Partin
