What is the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund provides unrestricted dollars to spend during the current school year. Every gift given this year has been helping to pay for salaries, financial aid, teaching supplies, uniforms, COVID testing, and weekend activities. Just like in any household, the more money you have to spend on achieving your goals and taking care of the people you love, the more you can accomplish. Ultimately, your gift to the Annual Fund helps us teach the next generation of people who understand the values of Truth and Courage and are eager to participate fully in life and for the betterment of themselves and their communities.
This is a "star trail" photo of the Perkin Observatory taken by senior Reed Colloton. A star trail photo is taken over a period of time to show the motion of the stars through the sky. The center of the image is the point of the sky that the earth rotates around, which is why the star trails are shorter closer to this point and longer farther away.
This image and its meaning mirror the people/stars that surround and circle our Dublin School. Whether close by or far away, our lights create something truly powerful and stunningly beautiful when pulled together for a moment in time.
