The Dominican University Community is mourning the recent passing of Dr. Donald Hsu, an esteemed professor who was a friend and mentor to so many. Dr. Hsu has been a valued member of the Dominican University community for over 35 years, since the fall of 1988– as both an educator and an Administrator in the Business Division. Alumni have described Dr. Hsu as “always smiling, caring, and the best teacher that ever came into my life.”
"Dr. Hsu was known to never give up on a student, no matter the circumstance. He was a safe set of hands for any student who was struggling and ensured that nobody slipped through the cracks. Dr. Hsu went to enormous lengths to ensure that all of his students stayed on track."
