Doane Relay Fundraising and Sponsorship Committee

We are the Doane University Relay for Life chapter, a dedicated group of students, faculty, alumni, and community members united in the fight against cancer. Our team works year-round to bring the Doane and the Saline County communities together in support of the American Cancer Society’s mission. Through Relay for Life, we celebrate cancer survivors, honor those we’ve lost, and commit to taking action against a disease that affects so many lives. Together, we strive to spread awareness, hope, and strength across our campus and beyond. Funds raised through Doane University’s Relay for Life will go directly toward supporting our campus and community events that bring awareness to the fight against cancer. Your donations help us create meaningful experiences, from event decorations and survivor celebrations to marketing, outreach, and educational activities that engage students and the Crete community. Our executive team is taking a trip out the hope lodge in the spring semester to serve a meal to patients receiving treatment, your donation would aid our efforts in transportation to and from. Every contribution helps us build a stronger presence on campus, spread awareness about cancer prevention and support, and ensure that Relay for Life at Doane continues to grow and inspire hope year after year. By supporting our chapter, you’re helping Doane University stand strong in the fight for a future free from cancer.
