About

YOUR SUPPORT, DOUBLED. YOUR IMPACT, MULTIPLED.

Thanks to generous supporters Andy and Sharon Kelleher, now through December 31, 2025, your capital gift of any size for DCCC’s Southeast Center in Drexel Hill will be MATCHED by the KELLEHER FAMILY FOUNDATION $250,000 CHALLENGE toward the goal of providing life-changing opportunities to neighboring communities.

  • That means your new capital gift of $50 to the Southeast Center becomes $100 instantly.
  • Already pledged? If you increase your donation now, your increase will be matched!

As a special recognition, if you donate $1,000 or more for the Southeast Center, your name will be added to our donor wall in the new building. You may even want to consider joining with your family members, classmates, or department for a greater impact.

With this one-to-one match challenge, you can make real impact that will be felt for years to come. Help bring the Southeast Center to life to ensure the highest quality of affordable education is accessible in Delaware County and the region.

"The driving force is really to provide young people with an opportunity that’s not the traditional four-year model going to college, since that’s not the right path for everyone. We are making another investment because we truly believe the Southeast Center is going to be tremendous and thousands of students are going to benefit. Our efforts will help ensure pathways to good jobs for more people and a well-prepared workforce for more of our region's businesses." - Andy and Sharon Kelleher, Kelleher Family Foundation

THE SOUTHEAST CENTER— with a $5 million goal to finish the building—is the cornerstone of our ambitious Building Community Campaign to transform the historic Archbishop Prendergast High School into a vibrant, future-focused location.

This is more than a building. This is a bold step forward for our region.

→ A home for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies to provide 5-star experiences
For the first time in our history, DCCC’s renowned Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies will be housed in a dedicated, modern space designed to give students hands-on, industry-grade experience that prepares them for thriving careers in high-demand areas.

→ A hub for Advanced Science Labs & Classrooms for active learning and innovation
We are creating high-tech spaces that foster active learning, innovation, and discovery, equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in STEM and health-related careers.

→ A starting point for careers in high-demand fields through the Workforce Development Annex
This annex, named for the Kellehers, will feature labs and learning spaces focused on biotechnology, electronics, and other in-demand technical fields, directly connecting students to local industries and career pathways.

→ An inspiring Early Childhood Learning Center, in partnership with YMCA of Eastern Delaware County to train the next generation of educators
We are addressing one of the biggest barriers to education by providing access to early childhood education. This center will support the region, student-parents, and train the next generation of educators, creating a ripple effect of opportunity.

Join the KELLEHER FAMILY FOUNDATION $250,000 CHALLENGE to double your impact toward building a new, dynamic educational hub in the heart of Delaware County. Be part of building community!
