The Defi the Odds Campaign for Defiance College is replacing the postponed Day of Giving as in these unprecedented times our needs have become different and urgent. What is most needed in our situation are unrestricted and flexible funds. We know not everyone is in the same "boat" with all of the economic changes that have occurred and will continue to occur; we also know that we are all in this together. Flexibility in gifts will help DC respond to the unknown consequences of COVID-19 to our students and campus.
501 Donors – Over $200,000 Raised!
The Defiance College’s Defi the Odds Campaign was a huge success! DC more than doubled its goal of 200 donors by receiving 501 gifts totaling $211,075. The total includes gifts made on this site and gifts that were mailed in and pledges received by phone or email.
Defiance College is grateful to everyone who helped make the Defi the Odds Campaign such an important event for our students and campus in making a difference during these unprecedented times. Because of so many generous givers, DC will be able to respond and manage the unknown consequences of COVID-19.

Thank You to everyone who helped successfully complete the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) challenge match and thank you to Deb Hench for providing the match! We now have three of our nine matches finished. Day Seven of the campaign shows totals of $36,630 from 79 donors.
