William K. Mahony Fund for Contemplative Practice and Learning

Professor Bill Mahony retired in the spring after 40 years at Davidson College. He touched thousands of lives! Lead donors, including Angela Rudert ’89 and Patton Burchett ’00, have contributed more than $37,000 to launch the William K. Mahony Fund for Contemplative Practice and Learning in his honor. We now invite all alums, families and friends to help the fund reach an endowed level surpassing $50,000. Through your support, future Davidson students will have greater opportunity to grow in experiences and knowledge related to Asian religions and/or mindfulness and contemplative practices like meditation, prayer, rituals or yoga.
