2023 Wildcat Top 21

Behind every Davidson scholar-athlete are exceptional coaches, devoted professors, committed teammates and loyal donors who make it all possible. This year, Wildcat Top 21 will run from June 1 - 21, and we hope you will take this opportunity to help move our 21 Division I programs into the future.   

THIS YEAR’S PRIZE - $10,000 TO THE WINNING TEAM: An anonymous donor has offered $10,000 to the winning team of this year’s Wildcat Top 21 using the scoring calculation below.

Scoring Plan and Top Prize –  A gift of any size helps your team – be as generous as possible. To determine this year’s winning team, we are once again using our formula that combines each team’s fundraising goal and a push for increased participation by our alum athletes. Since Davidson people like the see the math, our Wildcat Top 21 scoring calculation is: 

(2(progress towards goal) + (percentage of alumni participation))/3

All gifts made from the start of this fiscal year (July 1, 2022) through the end of the Wildcat Top 21 challenge on June 21 will be factored into the scoring calculation to determine the winner of the 2023 Wildcat Top 21.

Note: Gifts may take a few days to be reflected in the current standings chart. Final results will be determined when all gifts have been counted.
