Support the Student Emergency Relief Fund

The Student Emergency Relief Fund at Curry College was established for students who are experiencing financial strain and need support due to temporary hardship. The fund is to help provide support when unexpected, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency circumstances arise. This fund helps students to continue to be successful in school.

Here are examples of two different students who were supported by the Student Emergency Relief Fund:

“My car broke down to a point I couldn’t start it on the way home from break. I don’t have anyone at home that could get me back to campus, so I missed a week of classes.”

• This student was supported with funds to make it back to campus.

“I am requesting the assistance of the Student Emergency Relief Fund because I do not have the means or time to wait to buy two access codes I need for my classes. My professor has submitted an academic already already and has ask me to get it as soon as possible”

• This student needed support to purchase course material which can be very expensive.
