Gifts to Support the Student Experience contribute to...
Show that Curry Counts for you by making an impact on our students. The college experience takes place inside the classroom as well as outside the classroom. Gifts to Student Experiences provide opportunities to get involved and shape our Curry Students. You can contribute to Alternative Break or Study Abroad.
Alternative Break Service Trips: Each year, Curry students travel to different locations to spend their winter and/or spring break participating in Habitat for Humanity and Give Kids the World. Community service is a great way for students to learn and grow by actively participating in organized service experiences that successfully meet the needs of the greater community. By supporting this fund, you support our students as they give of their time to support others.
Study Abroad: Our students get the opportunity to immerse themselves in another culture and learn about different societies, either through studying abroad for an entire semester or a short-term faculty led travel course. Students who return from study abroad experiences often reflect on their own personal growth by gaining independence and learning about different people. By supporting this fund, you give students the financial opportunity to study abroad.
Let’s Build a Doghouse
Graham decided since all the students have their own dorm rooms on campus, he would like one too. So, we are building Graham a doghouse. The students from “Alternative Break Service Trips” are using the skills they have learned and will build Graham his own room since D.O.G is his day.
For every 10 donors to “Alternative Break Service Trips” a new section of the doghouse will be built by our students. Help us build this doghouse for Graham.
