The ToMorrow Labs is a great source of pride for Prep — a 5,400-square-foot innovation center designed for students interested in pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering and math (STEAM).
The ToMorrow Labs includes six FDM and two resin 3D printers, two laser cutters, a CNC router, a CNC mill, a CNC lathe, a water jet, woodshop space, a small metal shop and a full robotics arena.
The addition of the ToMorrow Labs B computer lab has added a dedicated space for students to explore computer science and information security through a secure and separate server protecting both the student and Prep. These spaces not only allow Prep to offer new courses in technologies, robotics and computer programming; they host multiple cocurricular clubs and teams at Prep.
The Robotics Club, CyberPatriots teams and CP3D all meet in the ToMorrow Labs, and other clubs access the Lab’s resources. Additionally, the ToMorrow Labs is open to any student for any school-related purpose, from printing posters for English class, 3D printing for theology class or using the wood shop for science class. The Tomorrow Labs is a place to help students incorporate new technology into all aspects of their learning.
Your gift today will support equipment, maintenance and upgrades at the ToMorrow Labs. Thank you for keeping Prep at the cutting edge of education and helping us form a new generation of innovators!
