Psychology Department

The Psychology Department strives to provide Bennies with high-impact experiences outside of the classroom. As examples, Bennies have the opportunity to work one-on-one with professors on research projects, travel to professional conferences to present their ideas, and form connections with professionals in the field that we bring to campus. These experiences are not only memorable, but they also help to deepen student learning, create close connections with faculty, and provide opportunities to develop expertise and professional connections relevant to the work world.

Your gift will be used to help provide research equipment, fund student travel to conferences and other career-related events, and bring professionals in the field to campus to support Bennies in their career preparation. Additionally, your gift will help the Psychology Department establish a new award that will be presented annually to recognize a recent psychology graduate who is utilizing their education to help make the world a better place.
