The Libraries are on a mission to create an on-campus space where CSB+SJU students can thrive socially and academically. With your help, we can continue our efforts in addressing textbook affordability and to offer programming to students free-of-charge. Including:

• Our Textbook Affordability Initiative, which focuses on reducing the costs of textbooks and course materials for students. National studies have shown that students are choosing to forgo purchasing a textbook for a class due to its cost. Without the proper resources, students are unbale to thrive in the classroom.

• Our commitment to providing opportunities for students to experiment with emerging technologies found in our Makerspace. This will allow students to become familiar with these tools prior to entering the workforce following graduation.

• Hosting events in the library that create a sense of belonging for students.
