Take History, Make History! Your gift to the History Department will support the experience of current students who are passionate about history and shaping their futures through projects such as these.

Undergraduate research is a high-impact practice that allows students to create their own arguments based on evidence. Your gift will allow students to partner with History faculty on research projects and spend time in the archives doing substantial research. These research skills are in high demand by employers and provide close mentoring by History faculty.

Your gift will make it possible for History faculty to invite authors and speakers into our classrooms to interact with students reading their works. These collaborations give students confidence in their ability to analyze sources and interact as professionals.
