At the College of Saint Benedict, our volleyball program is built on a tradition of excellence and a commitment to developing champions on and off the court. With a roster of 18 dedicated student-athletes, we know success comes not just from physical skills but also from mental strength and resilience.

This year we invested in mental training that gave our players the tools to stay focused, handle pressure, and perform at their best when it mattered most. These efforts paid off in an incredible way, as our team captured the 2024 MIAC Tournament Championship and returned to the NCAA Tournament.
