Softball

The goal every year is to play a role in providing the best possible collegiate experience for every one of our student-athletes. The best experience on the field, off the field and in the classroom.

On the field it is important to schedule games against top-ranked teams to gain that experience and exposure and give our young women the best chance possible of making it to the post season NCAA tournament and an opportunity to compete for a championship. Sometimes additional travel is required to secure these match ups and we have tapped into gifts from our donors to make those experiences possible. In addition, cutting edge technology, video and data analysis has helped develop our athletes and prepare them for the competition.

Off the field, it is important to create bonds by giving back to our community and getting to know our teammates outside the white lines. Generous donors have made it possible to hire professional team builders, support assistant coaches, prepare holiday meals and purchase other leadership books and materials.

The past year we were able to finish the year with an impressive 3.4 team GPA. We strive for excellence in all three areas areas so our young women are prepared to bring those values and experiences into their life after CSB. Our team is a competitive bunch, never settling. We always have our sights set higher than the year before and we continue to need your help to reach our goals. Your generous gifts will help us continue to WIN on and off the field.
