Spivey Hall

Spivey Hall is Clayton State’s world-renowned performing arts venue featuring jazz and classical music performances in a space with outstanding acoustics and a stunning 4,413-pipe organ.

During this year's Give4Dreams, you can choose to direct your gift to one of several funds that will help support Spivey Hall:

• Spivey Hall Excellence - This fund enables you and other music lovers to experience performances by outstanding artists in the Spivey Series, whether through online Virtual Events or in concerts given in the superb acoustics of Spivey Hall.
• Spivey Hall Education - This fund enables students, teachers, and families to experience performances that educate, engage, and entertain through Spivey Hall's Young People's Concerts. These cross-curriculum-based concerts introduce children to a world of music and support educators' classroom activities, whether at home, in classrooms, or in hybrid teaching formats.
• Spivey Hall Children's Choir - This fund enables metro-Atlanta youth from 17 different counties to receive professional-level instruction in vocal technique, music theory, sight singing, ear training, and presentation, as well as exposure, to a variety of choral styles. Involvement in this choir program also enhances young people's lives, helping them to develop self-reliance, personal integrity, responsibility, compassion, teamwork, and confidence in their abilities.
