Nestled in the Willamette Valley, between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, Lane Community College serves more than 25,000 students per year through transfer, career technical, and personal enrichment programs. With a long history dating back to vocational training during the Great Depression, Lane serves as a workforce hub, evolving with local industries to provide students the skills and confidence to succeed in their college and career goals.
As part of our commitment to community well-being, our Community Advocacy and Resource Education (CARE) Center aims to serve the whole student. We help students access food, healthcare, childcare, housing, transportation, and more. Across all departments and offices, our shared commitment to Basic Needs shapes our holistic view of student success and support.
