Giving Day 2019

Thanks to the generosity of so many alumni, students, parents, and other family and friends of Christendom College, our 2nd annual Giving Day was a stunning success!

Together, we far exceeded our goal for the day and created enthusiasm for our mission that carries beyond campus to our Crusader family all around the world!

Another one of the focus areas of support in The Carroll Fund is Counseling and Spiritual Development. Christendom is blessed to have licensed and certified counselors, a doctor of psychology, student life formation directors and a number of priests available to provide excellent mental and spiritual counseling that fully aligns with our mission as a faithfully Catholic college. The Carroll Fund empowers Christendom students to flourish in spirit, mind, and body!

Our third reason to support your alma mater on Giving Day is to support faculty and staff. As an educational apostolate that does not take a penny of federal funding, Christendom relies on the support of our many generous donors to help us bridge the gap between tuition and expenses. The Carroll Fund makes it possible to employ the many faithful faculty and staff members who serve students and form them to go out and restore all things in Christ!

Christendom’s comprehensive Leadership & Career Services preparation for students is an important aspects of the college for prospective students and their parents. Leadership/Career programming at Christendom offers a wide scope of services and built-in career preparation in order to make sure students have every opportunity to succeed. Christendom paves the way for students to enter successful professions enlivened by the mission to restore all things in Christ!

We have been featuring the reasons to give to The Carroll Fund and today our focus is on the Crusader Athletics program. The Athletics program and the possibility to compete collegiately at a high level, while still being a true student-athlete, is a powerful draw for prospective students. Last year, The Carroll Fund enabled Christendom to make 3 licensed athletic trainers available for students at every game at practice. Crusader athletics rounds out the whole-person formation in Christ that is so essential to the Christendom experience!

"Christendom has given us a perspective of a lifetime, one filled with hope and joy . . " What a blessing that is in this day and age. Few can say their college experience and their Alma Mater provided that perspective, which will last a lifetime. Your donation to Christendom will help bring that "hope and joy" to future students of Christendom through the scholarship program.
