About

The parent fundraising committee thanks you for your continued support of Catholic Central Boys Lacrosse. Our goal is to provide our boys with everything they need to succeed on the field. 100% of your donations go directly to purchasing things that benefit the boys. Please review the available opportunities to provide support and thank you again for your generosity.

General Fund
The general fund is used to purchase items for the boys. This includes balls, practice equipment, charter busses for regular-season trips to DCD and Cranbrook, and other needs specifically for the boys.

Goal: $15,000

Helmet Fund

  • The goal of the parent committee is to eliminate the purchase of a helmet as a barrier to participating in the lacrosse program while also ensuring the boys' safety.
  • New helmets cost $300+, which can be a financial barrier for some player.
  • Helmets are safety rated for 3-4 years. Senior boys are technically wearing helmets that could be deemed unsafe.
  • Goal is to purchase 36 helmets this year at a negotiated cost of $297 for Varsity.
  • This year's helmets would be passed down to the JV players next year with an additional 20 purchased to outfit the entire program.
  • Following the initial purchase over the next two years, half of the helmets would be replaced approximately every 2-3 years moving forward to ensure we stay within the 3-4 year safety window.
  • Helmets will be issued to each player at the start of the season and collected at the end of the season for inspection and storage.
