Dr. Barry Sang Seminar Room

Dr. Barry Sang will be retiring from Catawba College at the conclusion of this academic year. To celebrate his career—his impact on our students, on all of us as colleagues, and on the community—we are raising money to convert his office into the Barry Sang Humanities Seminar Room.

Faculty and Staff from Catawba College who have been inspired by Dr. Barry Sang have started the fund and are challenging alumni to contribute. The Seminar Room will be outfitted with the latest technology, whiteboards, and a seminar table as well as a library of humanities-related books, artifacts, and more for student perusal.
