Career Center
Gifts to the Career Center Fund support programs that help students prepare for meaningful careers. This year, the Center is raising funds for two exciting initiatives.
MyCareerCloset
In partnership with several career offices across campus, the Center for Career Success is bringing MyCareerCloset to CWRU. This program provides students with access to high-quality professional clothing to rent or purchase, along with style coaching to help them feel confident and prepared. Our goal is to fund a campus subscription so students can access these resources at no cost when preparing for interviews, career fairs, internships, and other career opportunities.
Washington, D.C. Trek
The Center for Career Success is also launching a Washington, D.C. Trek, a semester-long program that connects undergraduate students with careers in government, policy, advocacy, and public service. The experience includes academic preparation and an immersive spring break visit to Washington, D.C., where students meet with policymakers, alumni, and public sector leaders. We are working to raise $5,000 to help offset travel and program costs and ensure this opportunity is accessible to all students.
The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center
The Case Comprehensive Cancer Center (Case CCC) is Cleveland's cancer research hub. In collaboration with our partners and generous donors like you, we strive for improved understanding, treatments, and cures for diverse forms of cancer affecting patients of all ages in our community and beyond. By supporting the Case CCC, you help us predict and detect cancer earlier, develop new drugs and therapies, and improve access and outcomes for all.
CWRU Center for Imaging Research (CCIR)
The CWRU Center for Imaging Research (CCIR) catalyzes biomedical imaging innovations that solve clinical and research problems by nurturing our collaborative research ecosystem. Funds will support CCIR strategic initiatives that connect faculty and trainees across our multi-disciplinary and diverse community.
Flora Stone Mather Center for Women
The FSM Center for Women is a community space and a social innovator empowering women and advancing gender equity through research-informed action. With your continued contribution we can continue to advance our mission to use research and evaluation; professional and leadership development; education and advocacy; and community engagement as strategies to create a shared culture of support for women and gender equity at Case Western Reserve University. We encourage you to check out our fast facts to see the impact. When you support the Fund for Women you are supporting women’ leadership, empowerment, and innovation.

It’s a place where innovation moves from concept to real-world impact.
The Siegal Lifelong Learning Program
The Siegal Lifelong Learning Program connects the academic world to the wider community through innovative and engaging programming. Adults of all ages can pursue their love of learning by participating in courses and lectures with CWRU faculty, internationally renowned scholars, and local experts who share their cutting-edge research, knowledge and expertise. Student Centers
Student Centers are the heart of campus life! From late-night study sessions and student organization meetings to performances, celebrations, and community-building moments, spaces like Thwing Center and Eldred Hall support how students connect, create, and belong. Your support helps us invest in the places students use every day--funding large-scale projects, thoughtful space improvements, and fun engagement initiatives shaped by what students want and need. Every gift helps ensure our spaces continue to evolve, welcoming today's students while inspiring future Spartans.
Study Abroad
Education abroad is a life-changing opportunity but financial barriers still prevent many students from participating. At CWRU, 36% of students study abroad, far exceeding the 10% national average, yet our scholarship resources remain limited. The Office of Education Abroad awards approximately $60,000 in scholarships each year, but only 15% of applicants receive funding. Your gift can change that. By supporting the CWRU Study Abroad Scholarship Fund, you help open doors to high-impact global experiences that build cultural awareness, career readiness, and academic confidence. Your generosity directly expands access to these transformative opportunities for more CWRU students.
