We bring rigorous computational thinking to biomedical research and educate a diverse group of future leaders in the life sciences.
Our impact is varied and far reaching. We’re pioneers in the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for biomedical discovery. We’re leaders in Automated Science to accelerate scientific research using Robotics and AI. We bring together multidisciplinary expertise across the university in computer science, biological sciences, biomedical engineering and more to advance basic biological research and address human health challenges, including cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, infectious diseases, aging and addiction.
